ImageStuart Archer, Chief Executive Officer
Oceans Healthcare is led by CEO Stuart Archer, a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive expertise in multi-state and multi-site hospital operations. Archer joined the company in 2014. Previously, he served as chief operating officer at LifeCare Management Services, a pioneer in long-term acute care with 24 hospitals across nine states. Prior to joining LifeCare, Archer served more than a decade as Senior Vice President of Market Development for LHC Group, a leading national provider of post-acute care services with 350 locations across 29 states. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems, an advocacy organization committed to working to ensure public policies, laws and regulations that support the needs of people who live with mental and addictive disorders. 




Daryl Doise, Executive Vice President of Growth & Strategy
Daryl Doise is responsible for leading Oceans Healthcare's growth initiatives. He comes to Oceans with more than 30 years of progressive healthcare experience in acute and post-acute care settings. Prior to joining Oceans, Doise served as chief corporate development officer for LHC Group, a preferred post-acute care partner for hospitals, physicians and families nationwide. There he completed 80 acquisitions over a six year period and led the company's facility based division which included approximately 1,000 employees with $75 million in annual net revenue. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Louisiana State University and a master's from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.



Image Melynda Boothe, Executive Vice President of Process Improvement and Outcomes
Melynda Boothe is the force behind Oceans Healthcare’s status as a national leader in quality performance.  She has built, and continues to refine, an effective and forward-thinking process improvement program for all Oceans hospital locations. She has more than 25 years of healthcare industry experience, initially as a speech language pathologist and then as a leader in quality, performance improvement and compliance. She holds a master's degree in Speech Pathology from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the University of Louisiana and is a Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ).




Rhonda Arrington, Vice President of Human Resources
Rhonda Arrington oversees the development of Oceans’ human resource strategy, tactical execution of policy, successful coaching and development of leaders and the development of patient and employee-focused corporate culture initiatives. Prior to joining Oceans, Rhonda served as Director of Human Resources at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children where she provided HR services and resources regarding policies, procedures, processes, employee relations and payroll. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas Woman’s University and her Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University. She is a past President for the Dallas Fort Worth Healthcare Human Resources Association, an affiliate of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA).




Laura Tarantino, Executive Vice President, General Counsel
Laura Tarantino is Oceans executive vice president, general counsel and secretary. In addition to serving on the executive team, Tarantino manages Oceans' legal and regulatory functions. She brings more than 20 years of experience managing the legal and regulatory functions of privately held healthcare and commercial insurance services companies. Before joining Oceans, Tarantino served as a senior vice president of healthcare and general counsel and secretary for F. A. Richard & Associates. Prior to that, Tarantino was executive vice president, general counsel and secretary for APS Healthcare, Inc. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Louisiana State University and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Tarantino, who currently serves as president elect of the Louisiana Association for Behavioral Health (LABH), was named a 2017 Corporate Counsel Awards finalist by D CEO.  



Scott Gressett, Chief Financial Officer
Scott Gressett has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry and 17 years in the healthcare industry. He most recently served as executive vice president of advisory solutions technology and labor optimization at MedAssets, Inc., where he was responsible for leading five strategic business units and growing revenue. He began his career as an accountant and quickly advanced to assume positions of leadership. He holds board memberships with several international charities and organizations dedicated to health and well-being. Gressett earned his bachelor’s in business administration from Texas A&M University.
